How family businesses can bridge the generation gap

Hi Elena, thanks for this post. I found this video very insightful as it looks at the inheritance of the family business from the child's perspective and the difficulties they face. I also find it interesting how the video focuses on different cultures from the Asian culture to the French culture. My question is: Do you think it is more challenging/complicated for the family matriarchs and patriarchs to get their children involved when they have no interest? Or do you think it is more challenging when there is a feud between two children who want the same role?
