Here's a short video of a woman presenting her story of succession and running family business. In my opinion, it is interesting from different aspects: working within a family; women and men as entrepreneurs; succession issues; conflicts between generations… What does keep women up at night to run the business? Can the third generation, instead of screwing the things up, make the business survive?
