The three cycle model of Family business
This model shows how family businesses could be affected if a problem occurs in one of the dimensions of this model. For example if the family is affected whether there's a disagreement between brothers or problems personally within the family this has an effect on the business itself and the ownership. The business part of the model when affected does have an impact on the ownership and family personally, a problem between cousins in a business can start disputes on the ownership of the business and discomfort between both sides of the family. The model shows how family businesses can be affected as a whole when a problem occurs whether its an ownership issue, family issue or a business issue.
